EMERGENCY RESPONSE
SUPPORT
NetGration's emergency support services
minimizes risks associated with LANs, i.e.,
loss of access to critical business
systems, applications or print services
leaving the client without the ability to
service customers and conduct necessary
business activities.
NetGration will provide emergency on-site
systems restoration services within
agreed response times to confirmed
critical systems failures.
A critical systems failure may be any
software or hardware failure which causes
system wide loss of access to the
system, or otherwise renders a
System non-functional.
Unless otherwise contracted as an
additional service, regular data backups
remain the responsibility of the client.
NetGration's
restoration services are
designed to restore the system and
programs and the data from the client's
most recent backup.
