Off-site services provide clients with
access to the NetGration help desk
for bilingual user support in response to
telephone and fax inquiries as well as
remote access support.

1. Unlimited support via telephone, fax,
e-mail for user's and more complex system
problems.
2. Guaranteed response time to helpdesk
requests including prioritized scheduling
of an emergency response or regular
on-site visit if required.
*Guaranteed response times are set according
to the type of contract.
3. Off-site storage of client backup tapes.
4. Liaison with corporate IT staff to
ensure that IT standards are adhered to
where possible and appropriate and
and planned system implementations
are properly managed. |
